Steve Bannon, the podcast host and former top adviser to Donald Trump, must report to prison on Monday after the Supreme Court rejected his effort to sideline a four-month prison sentence.
“The application for release pending appeal presented to The Chief Justice and by him referred to the Court is denied,” the Supreme Court order read.
Bannon was sentenced in 2022 on two counts of contempt of Congress, as he refused to comply with a subpoena issued by the January 6th Committee.
