SNOQUALMIE, Wash. — A convicted murderer is among the four teens still on the run Monday after escaping a Snoqualmie detention facility in over the weekend.
The escape happened around midnight Sunday despite the Echo Glen Children's Center's plans to boost security.
The state Department of Children Youth and Families declined an interview Monday but said via email it is still assessing the evolving situation through a review team.
Meanwhile, a convicted murder and three others with criminal histories are still missing, and neighbors are frustrated by these repeat escapes.
