SEATTLE — It is a problem we have told you about time and time again: people throwing rocks or bricks from overpasses, or bridges onto traveling cars in the Seattle area.
Some of the most recent examples we have reported on include travel on I-90. And the routinely problematic rock throwers on the pedestrian bridge overlooking the I-90 EB off ramp to Rainier Ave. South.
Earlier this month, we told you about a 45-year-old man, who was in court, accused of throwing rocks at cars on I-5 near the West Seattle Freeway during the busy July 4 travel weekend.
