The King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) is investigating after a man died after he called 911 to report he was stabbed in SeaTac Monday night.

According to the KCSO, the King County Communication Center received a 911 call just before 11:15 p.m. from a man reporting he had been stabbed near the 18200 block of International Boulevard South in SeaTac. SeaTac police and fire crews responded to the area to search for the man.

After an extensive search, the sheriff’s office said first responders found the man unresponsive near the 17600 block of International Boulevard South, which is just north of where the stabbing reportedly took place.

The SeaTac Fire Department attempted life-saving measures on the man, but crews were unable to revive him. The KCSO said the man is approximately 24 years old.

No suspect information has been provided at this time.

The King County Major Crimes Unit will continue to investigate the case.
