SEATTLE — The long awaited All-Star Week is here and with it, visitors from all over.
In the last month, city of Seattle leaders have made a concerted effort to try and deep clean many of the issues the city is facing: like graffiti and trash.
There has also been a push to increase security in town.
However, there are more persistent challenges that the city was not able to overcome in time for the All-Star Week. Homelessness and public drug use can still be seen in downtown Seattle.
