In March of 2020, Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer (NY) stood on the Supreme Court steps and stated “I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.” Schumer was speaking at a pro-abortion rally on the SCOTUS steps as he proceeded to threaten and attempt to intimidate America’s chief jurists regarding their upcoming decisions.
Since May 18th, 2022, the Department of Homeland Security has been aware of numerous threats to Conservative Justices across America. These threats have been fueled due to the reckless rhetoric from elected leaders like Pramila Jayapal (D) of Washington and Chuck Schumer (D) of New York. These two radical progressive democrats have traditionally used intimidation and the propagation of violence as their axiomatic calling card.
Despite your feelings on abortion, every American citizen should adamantly condemn the senator from New York’s reprehensible conduct and irresponsible threats to our sitting Supreme Court Justices. Schumer also led the charge in the sham confirmation hearings, accusing Kavanaugh of everything from rape to assault; and promoted the smear campaign that asked for Kavanaugh’s impeachment.
Nicholas John Roske was arrested at approximately 1:50 AM outside the home of Brett Kavanaugh according to the Montgomery County Police Department. On him was what police called a cache of weaponry and burglary tools consisting of a Glock 17 handgun, ammunition, a nail punch, a crowbar, duct tape and a pair of hiking boots. When turned over to the FBI, Roske stated he was upset about the leaked SCOTUS draft opinion regarding the potential overturning of Roe v Wade. Roske has now been charged in federal court with attempting to kidnap or kill a U.S. judge, court records show.
The New York Senator has established a pattern of attempting to intimidate or influence the Supreme Court, along with several other prominent democrat leaders, in direct violation of the separation of the three branches of government and their codes of conduct. Schumer’s encouragement to protest the homes of the justices flies in the face of decency and humanity; and is also a violation of U.S. law.
Federal US code 1507, states that any individual who “pickets or parades” with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing a judge, juror, witness, or court officer near a US court, near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness or court officer, will be fined or imprisoned. Conspiring or inciting others to commit these offenses is also a criminal offense.
Despite these Federal laws prohibiting “pickets and parades”, Biden appointee AG Merrick Garland refuses to clear the streets and make arrests. Even in the face of the attempted assassination of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, AG Garland has allowed the woke mob to intimidate and threaten the court with impunity. This is the preferred tactic of the progressive democrat woke mob. They make the same justifications to violence and intimidation as does radical Islam.
For the first time in over 100 years, a supreme court justice was targeted for execution, and the mainstream media is silent. The New York Times buried this story on page twenty, the fourth paragraph down.
The judiciary branch of our republic must operate without fear or intimidation. They are the final arbiter on all matters of federal law that comes before it. Intentionally given a lifetime appointment to the bench to eliminate any appearance of partisanship and allow for strict focus on the constitutions wording and interpretation. Never in our time has there been such a lack of regard for the democratic process and the independent judiciary’s role.
