A lawsuit against Pfizer brought by Attorney General Ken Paxton has been dismissed by a Lubbock federal judge.
District Judge Sam Cummings says Pfizer is protected under the Public Readiness and Emergency Act.
Paxton brought the lawsuit, accusing Pfizer of misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices when telling the public about the effectiveness of its COVID-19 vaccine.
