CARNATION, Wash. — A King County city is responding to the theft of pride flags from businesses for the second time in a 10-day span.
Carnation city officials said the first incident happened early on June 17, when someone ripped pride flags from their poles downtown, resulting in damaged storefronts. Within hours, "community members replaced the stolen property, and the flags were up again," according to the city.
